DX 500 – Shelf for sausage and ham

A suitable sausage shelf for your DRY AGER DX 500 Premium S, DX 500 Premium or DX 500

An ingenious 2-in-1 solution for sausage and ham products (legally protected). Depending onyour requirements, there are two ways of using this sausage shelf. Simply by inverting the shelf, the refined grid shape can be used for different types of sausage and ham. This is the ideal way to hang strings of sausage and hams, as well as pairs of sausage.

A) ‘Attachment lugs’ pointing upwards: strings of sausage or sausage yarn can simplybe hung over each lug (see product illustrations 2 and 3). No longer any need for S-hooks or other aids.

B) ‘Attachment lugs’ pointing downward: this is an effortless way to attach pairs ofsausage in the ‘notch’.
